Nushka Marinova processes names and email addresses in order to arrange initial consultation and further therapy services as agreed. The other types of data are collected anonymously to improve the website and evaluate how well it is reaching people that may benefit from the services being offered.
Special and/or sensitive personal data
Nushka’s website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, she is not able to verify whether a visitor is older than 16 when filling up the contact form. Parents are encouraged to be aware of their children’s online activities to prevent their personal date being collected without parental consent. If you believe personal data about a minor has been collected without your parental consent, please contact Nushka at hello@nushkamarinova.com, and she can delete this information.
How long is personal data kept
Nushka Marinova Therapy and Wellbeing will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Names and email addresses
- If no services provided by Nushka have been agreed upon after initial contact, the name and email addresses will be deleted after 1 year.
- If you receive Nushka’s therapy and wellbeing services, she will store your name and email address securely for up to 20 years in line with Dutch healthcare law (WKKGZ), as stated in the terms and conditions for therapy.
Analytics – including internet browser and device type, location data, data about your usage activity on the website
- This data will be used to evaluate how the website is used in order to improve its functionality and visibility.
- This data will be automatically deleted after 24 months.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Your personal information may be shared only in the case of a significant concern about serious harm to yourself or others, or if requested by a court of law. In these unlikely situations, Nushka may need to contact emergency services or provide information to the court. She will always aim to inform you first if personal information needs to be disclosed unless doing so will further increase risk.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, please include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please redact your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is necessary to protect your privacy.
Nushka Marinova will respond to your request within four weeks.
